The word Nagadi means traveler and it comes from Geez: an ancient Ethiopian language. As you probably know, coffee is an indigenous plant from Ethiopia and from there it spread to different locations in the world. Each bean flavor speaks of a unique culture, climate, another way of living and farming the land. It bears characteristics of the place and it inherits the flavors and aromas that are unique to the place where it was cultivated: the soil, the water, the wind, and the flora around it. It speaks of the people who carefully cultivated it from a tiny seed, harvested and processed it according to the traditional method of each region.
